Heavens

The Heavens is a street gang which operates in and around Aberdeen, with the Beverly Hills Wharf being their main base of operations. The Wharf is guarded at all times, and only members of the Heavens are allowed to enter. Ryo Hazuki is admitted to the premiss as he is in possession of the member only special zippo lighter.

The Heavens are lead by Ren Wuying (aka. Ren of Heavens). The gang is involved with criminal activities such as drug dealing, robbery and extortion. The Heavens and Ren are rivals of the Yellow Heads, lead by Dou Niu in Kowloon.

Ren, being as money driven as he is, agrees to join Ryo to Kowloon, in order to find treasure.
