Daisangen Mahjong Parlour

Daisangen Mahjong Parlour is a small gambling room on the first floor by the Slot House, around near the back of the bar district on Dobuita Street. It is owned and run by Minoru Asada, himself a successful mahjong player in the past. The parlour has several regulars, although Ryo can’t actually take part in any games here.
