MJQ Jazz Bar

The MJQ Jazz Bar is a bar owned and run by Takeshi Hirai and located on Dobuita Street. The bar attracts both locals and foreign sailors from the naval base, and Takeshi can always be seen behind the bar. Ryo can also play games of Pool here.
